The motherboard MUST support bifurcation in order for that adapter card to work. It's not guaranteed that the motherboard you have supports bifurcation. If bifurcation is not supported, probably only ONE m.2 connector will work on that card. Bifurcation splits the 16 pci-e lanes available in the slot into 4 groups of 4 pci-e lanes, and each M.2 connector on the card gets 4 pci-e lanes. But not all motherboards support this, and BIOS must be aware of bifurcation and implement support for it. Only the first pci-e x16 slot has 16 pci-e lanes, so even if bifurcation is enabled, you'd have to install the card in the first pci-e x16 slot where the video card usually is. The Asus B350 Plus has two pci-e x16 slots but if anything is installed in the second x16 slot, each slot is converted to only 8 pci-e lanes. So IF the board supports bifurcation and you install the card in the first slot, and the video card in second slot, only TWO of the M.2 connectors will work because there's gonna be only 8 pci-e lanes, split into 2 groups of 4 lanes. The other two connectors won't work. I would say don't waste your money on buying that board because more than 80% chance your board don't support bifurcation. edit. If you have a CPU with integrated graphics, pretty much all the CPUs with graphics integrated only have 8 pci-e lanes going to that pci-e x16 slot, because the other 8 pci-e lanes connect the integrated graphics to the cpu inside the cpu. So if bifurcation is supported, again, only two m.2 connectors would work on the card.
