Lately every time I power on my computer it immediately jumps into boot setup, and I'm not sure what to do about it. A photo for reference is here. (http://imgur.com/wX8Vv5q) It mentioned something related to overclocking, but my temperatures are normal, around mid 40s on average. I believe the issue might be with my power supply unit and it's causing instability. My build specs can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hM2NTH. My current overclock is stable at 4.8 ghz.

This PSU isn't suitable for overclocking; you should use something like gold + verified. Check the forum thread for more details.
