I need help developing a plan for a Wi-Fi/internet setup for a rented house. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to drill Holes or mess with stuff, it also does not have any Ethernet or even coax for Moca. The home does have a crawl space above the selling on the second floor, and the entry is in the same room as the internet ISP gateway, my tentative plan is to run ethernet up to the crawl space and have two ubiquity access points up there. I tried the Unify designer, but it does not work with two stories. any other ideas? The problem is that the downstairs home office is one of the most important. i have been considering eero or plume mesh wifi. if any other information is needed, let me know

Checking where the air handling units are positioned in the crawl area. The space connects to lower levels? Yes or no? Are there ductwork links between the floors?

It works nicely with the words they provide. I’m using it because running a wire isn’t an option, but the mesh seems to function effectively.

Consent reached. Should AP mounting not be feasible, the U6 Mesh can be positioned on a shelf or table.
