Looking at my setup, here’s what I have: Intel Core i5-9600KF, Nvidia RTX 2070S, 32GB RAM, Intel 320 Series, 600GB Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive from 2018, Antec NX310 NX Series mid-tower case.

Regarding my workloads, playing games like Overwatch or Valorant isn't giving me good performance. I hit around 120+ frames, yet others with similar GPUs seem to be struggling more. It looks like a CPU problem. Currently, my PC has trouble running a game and having Spotify open at the same time. It might be worth mentioning that being from Australia means things will cost more there too.

It seems the setup is facing challenges with consistency, mainly due to limited options like Spotify and Valorant. It’s been working for a while, but upgrading might be necessary. I’m keeping my GPU as planned.
It might be another issue, such as cluttered software that needs a reset. Perhaps an outdated SSD could help, or a fresh Windows installation would resolve the problem. You could also compare your Valorant performance with other players. Edited October 30, 2023 by leclod
It's possible the issue lies elsewhere, but after checking two repair shops and still finding no problems, I'm confused. I suspect my SSD could be faulty, though I'm not sure how to confirm without more knowledge. I might try reinstalling it tonight and see if it improves things. My PC hasn't been reset in a while.
