You're just starting your first PC build and have a few issues to work through. The specs you mentioned include a Ryzen 9 3900X, Deepcool CH160 mini ITX case, Gigabyte A520i AC motherboard, Deepcool Ag400 digital regulator, and a 1000W PSU. The main problem is that the digital temperature monitor isn't turning on or displaying readings when you connect it to the F_USB1 header on the motherboard. Someone could help you troubleshoot this.

Uncertain about your scenario, but it seems the ITX A520 board could overheat if you exceed the 3900X at 150W.

I don't believe I should push the CPU beyond its limits, and I'm not using programs that heavily strain the processor.

Sell it and receive a 5600/5600x resolution, ideal for a gaming ITX setup.

The manual simply instructs to connect it and install the software. The product description mentions a note about CPU temperature readings from the driver, not an internal sensor.
