I realized my mistake. The guide directs me to the Microsoft website for Windows 8 reset and media creation. I downloaded the file, but it only works on a Windows machine to produce an ISO. (Note: I used Chrome OS.) You'll need a Windows computer to obtain the ISO for Windows.
