hello guys
my spec:
core i3 6100
gigabyte h170 gaming 3 (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...-rev-10#ov)
gtx 950 2Gb (https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/G...-rev-10#kf)

full HWINFO: http://www.fast-files.com/getfile.aspx?file=204930
my issues:
1. now my memory is 2133MHz. idk why. maybe because my mainboard? can i change it to 2400MHz? my timing is 15-15-15-35 can i change it?(to 13.5-13.5-13.5-32 or etc)
2. is it possible to overclock i3 6100 with h170? can i use z170x gaming3 bios firmware (F5g version) to update my bios for overclocking non "K" cpu?
i need it even for 5% gaming performance.

sry for my bad eng
Your motherboard is limited to memory modules at 2133mhz only.
No, you cannot increase the clock speed of your i3 regardless of the motherboard. Even if you had a non-unlocked CPU, it wouldn't work on that board, but since yours isn't unlocked, it doesn't change the situation. You're limited by the hardware you currently possess.
Yes, please stick to BIOS versions designed specifically for your motherboard. It's not just a graphics card that fits any system. BIOS is tailored for every component on your motherboard, including SATA and storage controllers, the PCI architecture, USB chipset, and memory architecture. Using an incompatible BIOS could damage your board permanently.
I'm going to try the ASRock H170 Hyper Firmware. Lol
My motherboard has dual BIOS, can it assist if a bad BIOS flash occurs?
For overclocking, you require a Z series motherboard and a K series CPU. You must have both, not just one or the other, and definitely not neither.
There is absolutely no possibility of overclocking. It's not even a consideration. The BIOS you install has no impact. Even a custom one would fail due to hardware restrictions and missing microcode for that specific chipset or CPU. For improved performance or overclocking, you need different components.
