Assist with relocating multiple games to another machine.
I would move them to an external hard drive or SSD and then install them on the new PC. I haven't played any of those games before, so I'm not sure about it.
You don’t need to be sure, but with Steam you can add them to your collection and transfer them to another device using your account.
Saved games are stored in specific locations. You'll need hidden folders to view them. Simply relocate the game files and copy the saved files to the same directory on the other machine at %LOCALAPPDATA%/PopCap Games/<game>/users/.
Here’s a revised version of your update:
I followed your instructions successfully. I transferred all my saved games and levels to my new PC, which required just a few extra actions you mentioned. The main tasks were installing each game on the gaming PC and playing at least one level in each so I could have user and data folders for every title. After that, I returned to the old PC where I needed to retrieve all saved games. Initially, I had to reveal hidden files since I wasn’t seeing the information you provided. Once those folders were accessible, I gathered all the necessary files with my saved data onto a USB thumb drive. Then I transferred everything to my other PC, making sure to also display the hidden folders there. Finally, I played each game through its levels to confirm that everything was intact and everything worked perfectly.
Thank you for your support—I really appreciate the time you saved me countless hours of starting over from scratch.
