So I'm planning to check what settings help me maintain stable performance at 10/20 mhz. If artifacts appear, should I increase the GPU voltage or adjust the power target? I'm using Heaven for benchmarking—once I hit a stable run, should I add another 10/20 mhz or run another test before moving on?

I don't normally use Voltage, but if I do, it can harm GPUs (very rarely) if not done properly. I set my power target high on my 970 to 110%, increase until artifacts appear, then lower it back by 10/20Mhz for stability.

I can reach the 120% power target. If I push it there and maintain 10/20 MHz until artifacts appear, should I increase the voltage to just 10Mv and stop once a stable clock is detected? As you mentioned, it's quite rare, so I believe I'll limit it to 10mV and 120 power target.
