Earlier I had a roommate spill a huge bottle of Diet Coke onto his PC. The liquid spread across the GPU and then fell into the power supply, causing an explosion of sparks. I'm trying to figure out what to do next. For the CPU, GPU, and memory: how likely is it that these parts are completely failed? And how likely is it that testing them with other working hardware will cause their death? Thanks!
Its unlikely it would kill other hardware. Theres a 50/50 chance its dead, your best bet is to clean all the components that got wet with alcohol and just try them in another pc.
