assessing power needs at the output side...
I own an ASRock B150 Pro4 Hyper Mobile board, an Intel i5 7500 at 3.4ghz and 65w power, two 8gb GSKILL Aegis 2400 DDR4 modules, an ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 470 OC Edition graphics card, a 1tb hard drive, a CD/DVD writer ROM, and a 450w Corsair VSI PSU. Can I achieve an OC for the processor up to around 4ghz with this PSU? Also, could anyone share an OC guide with precautions, care tips, and advice? This is my first experience.

Essentially, I'm trying to get more performance from my BIOS but my multiplier is fixed. I'm looking for a guide on overclocking the clock frequency.

sorry for the delayed response...
My multiplier is fixed, so I require a BCLK overclock guide.
A bit old but I believe it will help.
