What's happening with them is confusing. The performance is terrible—locked at 30 FPS—and the CPU specs don’t match what you’d expect. Probably not worth buying it.

1. Maybe... 2. It seems the console version is correct.

It isn't capped at 30 FPS on the PC. At least I’m trying to stay optimistic. The specs seem off too. 680 minimum? That’s fine. You’ll need to wait and check the real requirements.
