For why this matters, I'm weary of games released every year. I've been avoiding yearly franchises because I don't enjoy them. That's why I skipped Battlefield Hardline, Assassin's Creed, and likely Black Ops 3. I actually like Unity (the parts I played), even though people overlook its performance improvements. It does have playable FPS at top settings—usually 40-60fps, often steady around 60, with occasional dips to 40 or 50.
I recall hearing it was the least successful AC title in the UK, though I’m not sure about other areas.
To this day AC3 stays my top choice, so I keep purchasing AC games with the hope they’ll be great ^^
