Hey, I heard you're playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate and it's running smoothly at 80-90 FPS with ultra details. You're looking to limit it to 60 FPS, but there doesn't seem to be an in-game option for that. Someone could suggest a setting or method to cap the frame rate. Thanks!

Check if V-Sync is disabled in the options. If absent, navigate to Nvidia control panel, select Manage 3D settings, then Program Settings, add the .exe file located at c:/programfilesX86/steam/steamapps/common/Assassin's creed xxxxxxxxx, and verify Vertical Sync is turned on.

With an Nvidia GPU you can apply Nvidia Inspector to limit FPS. AMD and Intel support are unclear. Energy efficiency and cooling are also factors.

He carries his specs in a card, noting a GTX 1070. Most Intel GPUs likely wouldn’t hit 80-90 frames per second on ultra settings.

He didn't mention the device at all. It might be a gaming laptop or something else entirely.

This setup continues to ignore Intel completely.

V-Sync must be accessible within the game's configuration options.
