I'm having trouble opening and playing Assassin's Creed Rogue. It just jumps to the launch screen, fades to black, and doesn't progress. After waiting a few hours, nothing changes. No one knows how to fix it—Ubisoft says the game is too old for them to help. Please let me know if you have any ideas!
