Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey frustrations…
Ugh, I’m nearly finished. All that’s left is to defeat Medusa – but it’s proving incredibly difficult, even on the simplest settings! My best attempt has been to reduce her snake-like movements to 25% before being frozen by her laser attacks, only to be subsequently destroyed. Do you have any suggestions? I'm 47 years old and really enjoy this game!

For me, defeating her proved difficult as well. Based on my recollection, you need to play a cautious strategy and attack when she’s vulnerable. After a certain number of strikes, she requires a period to recover, so you must strike and then retreat (moving in circles to avoid her attacks) repeatedly.
Furthermore, selecting the right gear and utilizing your special abilities are critically important in this game.
