I own an ASRock X570 Taichi motherboard and am facing problems with the power button. It seems there might be a shorting issue with the case. Could you confirm if the onboard power switch belongs to the same circuit? Also, please note the pin configuration for the case’s power switch—everything functions normally when using the built-in switch, but I’m trying to identify potential problems. Use a screwdriver to tap the pins on the motherboard for the power switch. If it works, your case’s power switch or cable is faulty. Verify the power switch cables are connected correctly—positive to positive and ground to ground.
