I’m thinking about replacing my Asus X570-I itx board with the Asrock X570 phantom gaming itx/tb3 to enable Thunderbolt 3. I’m also unsure due to past reviews of Asrock mobos—please share your thoughts if you’ve used one before.

Asrock offers reliable solutions without being top-tier. I've used their product for around five years without any problems. While it's a limited view, my investigation didn't reveal many others facing similar challenges.

depends on the board really, iirc their x570 itx was great but the low end b550 boards are really bad.

It's worth noting that I've assembled four PCs using their (affordable) B450M HDV and HDV 4.0 MB drives. So far, none have encountered any problems, and they're all around two years old.

I've received two units and everything is working well. I'm currently using the Z390 model with a 9900K running smoothly.
