It looks like the problem resolved after updating Windows, which is unusual because the POST wasn’t showing issues before.

It might have been an earlier Windows update issue or a registry error. I’m not sure what all the updates do regarding resets or similar changes, but it seems to be resolved now. You could try creating a restore point just in case.
