Is there anyone else excited about AsRock keeping up the trend with Ryzen 6000 in the same package? I really appreciate their compact and strong performance, and I’m eager to try some advanced builds using the latest AMD APUs.

AMD announced the AM5 connector will be used for Ryzen 6000 chips. They stated that Zen 3/Ryzen 5xxx models were the final options for AM4. For a Zen 3 APU, consider the 5x00G series such as 5300G, 5600G, and 5700G.

I modified the tile and asked whether you think ASRock will create an AM5 socket version for the desk mini A300, similar to what they did for AM4. I’m planning future sleeper builds using these APUs and one that fits perfectly in the existing desk size.
