Thanks! I confirmed via Device Manager that the driver appears to be current according to Windows.

Have you verified the port connections on the router? I’m not comfortable with this network setup, as routers can vary in speed ports.

All connections use gigabit ports. I've tested alternatives, but nothing changed. Could you check for good external USB network adapters to see if they help?

Thanks once more to @BiotechBen! It turns out the problem was with the driver. After installing the latest Realtek driver from the motherboard site, removing the old one, and applying the new version, it worked perfectly!
