I own an Aorus Z390 Ultra and I want to overclock the CPU to about 4.8GHz, but it shows that number right in my BIOS menu. When I run stress tests with Task Manager, only 4.36GHz shows up instead of 4.8GHz. Intel's XTU app also won't let me change these settings.
