Resolute technique ensures your attacks land reliably, but it works in both PvP and encounters with tricky mobs. Critical hits aren’t guaranteed, so you’ll want to practice timing and positioning to maximize their impact.
Hit chance is the opposite of evasion. It’s found by comparing evasion to calculate your shot probability. With RT you always land a hit. You only miss if the opponent uses "Dodge." Dodge is checked independently from Evasion, and nothing boosts your ability to hit a Dodge.
