The issue might be caused by either the CPU or GPU, or possibly the driver. It’s worth checking your system performance and considering a different display resolution if needed. Playing in DX11 could help identify further problems.

You're dealing with an I3 6100, but it seems like your CPU is causing issues. Switching to dx12 might help if you're using Windows 10. Performance could improve slightly there. It looks like the dual-core processor is limiting speed, and the overhead from ASIO is also affecting things.

You checked the benchmark results. The CPU can achieve 45 FPS, but most constraints come from the GPU.
