Right so I’m about to MC freaking lose it with this, I keep getting artifacting on my secondary monitors while playing wow in DX12 mode. Keep in mind this Only happens in wow and some other blizzard titles, it does not happen in other games nor in benchmarks. Things I have already tried Uninstall GFX card drivers using DDU to get a clean install Tried doing a clean installation of Windows 11 Tried replacing all monitor cables as well as moved them around. I have RMA’d two rx6950 xt’s already primary due to coil whine but also to see if it fixed it and it did not. Tried Plugging my GPU in to another PCIe slot. Enabling / disabling windows windowed application optimization Enable / disable triple buffering Enable / disable vsync Enable / disable FidelityFX Tried running the game in normal windowed mode Has anyone Any idea what else I can try to crush this gremlin

It seems like you're questioning whether a monitor issue would impact only one game.

Check if the monitors share the same refresh speed. Variations often cause issues, so testing with another monitor can help identify problems.

I forgot to note that adjusting the refresh rate for all devices has no impact. I tested with my monitor for the server setup, but the issues persisted.

Yes and no—there are several issues to consider. This problem seems more related to the monitor or driver than DX11 itself.

I’d consider other options, perhaps testing a different TV to check if the problem persists, then you’d be certain it’s not related to the screen. Edit: Don’t worry, I just read your earlier message about switching monitors. This seems like an unusual issue—I wouldn’t even have a good starting point for troubleshooting beyond that.

Checks the images. If it appears there, it isn't the display unit. Please share the photo so we can examine it together.

I tested the monitor I used for my server and TV, and the issue persists. It doesn’t occur with DX11, mainly appearing in Blizzard titles such as WoW, Hearthstone, and D3. It doesn’t happen in Cyberpunk 2077 or similar games. The problem is fast and random, leaving a green line at the bottom of my screen that moves horizontally across.

I’ve searched for similar occurrences but found none. You might want to check updating your motherboard BIOS or consider other possibilities.
