I play certain games which lead to my PC freezing and showing strange graphics before it restarts. The motherboard is H310M DS2, the GPU is GTX 1050 Ti, CPU is i3 9100F at 3.60 GHz with 3600 MHz and 4 cores. I have 8GB of RAM. On a typical 1920x1080 screen it runs smoothly without overheating. I’ve tested games like Forza Horizon 4, Elden Ring, Fortnite, CodMW 1 & 2 remastered, and CS2 without issues. However, playing Rocket League, A Dance Of Fire And Ice, or Dead By Daylight can cause artifacts after about 30 minutes. I’ve also used Blender for car renders without any overheating problems, even with large resolutions. My initial thought was my GPU or RAM were failing, but they seem fine.

It seems like you're referring to a VRAM problem. Let me know how I can assist further!

I really don’t remember much, but it seems the PSU wasn’t providing enough power to my PC. I boosted its settings and voltage, which resolved the issue.

I'm facing the same problem with my old GTX 1080 TI on certain older Source Engine titles such as G mod, Left 4 Dead, and Team Fortress. For most other games I've played, I haven't encountered artifacts. I didn't look for solutions because it was uncommon—only appearing in about 1 in 50 games—and resetting the PC usually fixes it.
