Helloo... I'm facing a challenge...
I've been attempting to overclock my GPU using stock voltages with power control at 20% (but it doesn't seem to help). I decided to test various GPU Tweak programs to check if unlocking voltage would resolve the issue, but nothing worked. I went back to standard speeds and still can't figure it out. I'm experiencing artifacts, though I don't see others with this problem either, and I'm unsure what might be causing it—this is similar to the "artifacting" I see in GTA 5. It's like skipping scenes in Heaven Benchmark; the transition isn't as smooth as expected. I shared a video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcmHylwdVtg) at 0.25% speed if you want to see it clearly. I really appreciate anyone who can help clarify this, especially since I'm new to this situation. Thanks in advance!

What are the temperatures of your GPU? Elevated temps may lead to visual issues. Did you notice artefacts from the start or only after trying to overclock?

Mmm, temperatures are comfortably within the allowed limits, so increasing the fan speed at 70 degrees will keep it steady around 68-70. It's a good question—after using this for too long, I can't quite recall. Could it be an artifact from the driver or software? Thanks for your input!

I wonder if the issue might lie with the TV itself. It doesn't occur when using 1280x1024 resolution on my PC monitor. The TV's refresh rate might also play a role. :O

I've reviewed your video several times and noticed no visible issues. It seems the problem might be screen tearing—this can often be resolved by enabling Vsync while maintaining a steady 60fps. Could you provide more details about what you're encountering? Also, a suggestion for future recordings: place the camera on a stack of books in front of your monitor, as the footage tends to feel unstable.

Hahah sorry dude did my best, but it’s actually screen tearing. It happens during those quick loading moments between scenes. Sometimes the GPU can’t keep up, and even when loading the next scene, you see horizontal lines. Like Vsync isn’t helping. Should I just keep overclocking and watch for more screen tearing? I’ll try after dinner.
I feel so limited.

It seems like the transition to the next scene is smooth, and you mention needing to secure VSync, but your system won't reach 60 frames per second at 1600x900 in the Heaven benchmark on Ultra O,O.
