Artifact vs. Hearthstone
So, I've realized what's important about Artifact—it's Valve's first major release in years, an online multiplayer and deck-building CCG. But Hearthstone, Blizzard's card game, is also an online multiplayer and deck-building CCG. What sets them apart? I really enjoy Hearthstone...but I'm wondering if Artifact, with its recent update just released a few days ago, is worth getting if you already own Hearthstone.
Taking into account they aren't just limited to that style, what do you think sets them apart? I understand Blizzard focuses on new cards, events, and their Warcraft universe, which is why I've noticed few other games in Steam queue with a similar feel. MTGA stands out quite a bit. But this is the first time I've heard about Artifact, so I'm also interested in what Valve intends to release it for.
