GTA V was offered at a lower price on Steam again, so I went ahead and purchased it. However, once the store mode (featuring the Rockstar logo) launched, there were some quality issues. After fixing it, it works fine, but when launching, it blocks fullscreen and only allows a resolution of 800 x 600. Need advice?

It appears the system is entering safe mode with instability. Consider reinstalling GPU drivers.
