I'm trying to add a new storage device to my Raid 5 MDADM setup on Ubuntu. I set up the array with four drives and everything worked fine initially. After rebooting, /dev/sdb disappeared from the array and didn't have any superblocks. When I tried to add it again, it built properly and was accepted. The array adjusted itself and everything was okay. After another reboot, the drive lost its superblocks again. I've checked the drive health and it's at 100%. I'm really confused and would appreciate any advice.
