You'll get a decent experience with some minor issues. The game runs smoothly at a moderate level, though it isn't highly polished.

Improved performance from 16-25fps to 45-60fps in town. However, I'm still having issues after installing a breaking point. It seemed to help when I turned off sli, but now I'm getting the same fps as before without it. Probably just the quirks of Arma.

The ARMA series has always been coded for hardware that doesn't exist yet. You won't find guys bragging about King of the Hill @4K in ultra, with 60+fps... and when you do, ARMA 4 comes out and the cycle starts all over again. That said it truly is an excellent sim, without a true competitor. It's the one game I will suffer below 30fps to play. Tweak guides exist and will help, to a point. But it really is a trade off between eye candy and performance (try lowering your view distance).

Consider boosting the CPU to its full capacity!

Multiplayer is clearly not optimized in any way. Hey, Goose Creek SC. Small World, I'm in Mount Pleasant.
