I think RIVA Tuner will handle it. I haven’t used it much lately and don’t recall its full capabilities. It seems likely it can gather information from other displays, such as Afterburner and HWinfo.

Install MSI afterburner, navigate to OCD, select your desired view. Riva Tuner can also adjust the font and text for clarity. Easy!
