Initially, I'm certain it's DDR4-2133, since the Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H only supports that RAM speed. While it may limit you from reaching higher and more consistent frame rates, it's still a solid choice for your system. It doesn't mean the performance is bad—DDR4-2133 offers great speeds for your hardware. You'll need to add another 8GB of RAM to reach a total of 16GB.

Noticing you have only two RAM slots, it would be smart to purchase two 8GB sticks of DDR4-2133 RAM for roughly $52 to $66 new, or about $39 to $51 used. Once they arrive, replace them with your existing RAM and sell the old 8GB units for around $20 to $56 (depending on the brand).

You could manually adjust your CPU clock speed to 3.7 GHz and turn off turbo boost if you have a good cooler and a suitable fan curve to maintain cool temperatures.

Performance will depend on the game, resolution, and graphics settings. It should handle RDR2 quite well.

Which games are you planning to play?

Not applicable for certain user configurations. Particularly with Texture Quality. It's completely acceptable to enable Ultra Textures and Ultra Anisotropic Filtering, as they have minimal impact on frame rates. 1-4 fps is typical. When applying Ultra Textures, ensure sufficient VRAM is available. As previously noted, utilizing Ultra Textures can significantly reduce CPU load. In certain games, it actually alleviates performance bottlenecks. GTA 5 is a good example. While the CPU may still face some limitations in specific areas, this is normal given varying demands across the game world. Generally, using Ultra Textures effectively addresses CPU constraints.
