Consider pairing MalwareBytes with a security blog or a video tutorial series for deeper insights.

The most recognized brands I’m familiar with are AVG and Avast. I’m not sure how effective they really are, and I don’t use antivirus software.

Available options: basic tools like Avast, AVG, Bitdefender Free and Avira paid versions. Premium alternatives include ESET, Kaspersky, BitDefender, and F-Secure.

I rely solely on Malwarebytes Superantispyware and Windows Defender.

You've tried Avast and AVG before, now you're going with Bitdefender. Lots of annoying pop-ups from the others. Thanks!

I've been using Nod32 for a long time, but I do have some issues from last year that Windows Defender caught. Nod32 isn't working anymore; I'm now using only Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. Everything seems fine now!

Bitdefender Free avoids pop-ups completely unlike other free options.

Sure, I've always used antivirus software, which gives me peace of mind.

Choose Avast or AVG for free options, Symantec for paid ones. I prefer Symantec and am quite satisfied.
