I performed a disk cleanup on my main SSD (240GB) and found it could free up 70GB of space. Should I remove it? Are there any advantages beyond extra storage? Are there any downsides or risks involved? I’m using Windows 7 Ultimate Edition.

They added this part because not everyone grasps what 'temporary' means
