Spotify is my top choice. It's been my go-to for a long time. I've listened to around 30,000 minutes last year based on their numbers.

I come from the Philippines, while I suggest XBox Music (which will soon be called Groove Music, as it wasn't connected to XBox beyond entertainment aspects technically) is the main option on your list. There are also some niche services like Radio Republic, which focuses on Filipino music.
