I got a Razer Kaira Wireless headset for my PS5, but it sounds rough when I use it on my PC while it works great on my phone. What's causing the problem and how can I fix it?

When posting a thread about fixing problems, it helps if you tell us what all your computer has. Please list the details like this: CPU: Motherboard: RAM: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: OS. Also, how old is the power supply unit besides its make and model? What version of the BIOS do you have on your motherboard right now? Do you get Bluetooth from an adapter or was it built into the board itself?
