I wouldn't be concerned about reducing the voltage. I'm definitely in the same situation as @flashiling. I haven't adjusted the voltage on my system in a long time—possibly over 18 years. (I recall I possibly under-voltaged my Slot-A Celeron back in 1999). At least test adding a fan, preferably the one currently on top, in front and see the effect. (If it helps lower temperatures, invest in some fans.) I think an Artic 120mm 3-pack is the standard choice. Your setup doesn't have much room for airflow at the front, but bringing in cooler air will make a difference.
