Likely not, if you mean a cpu or ram bottleneck. A ryzen 3 3200g is definitely enough to feed a gtx 780, although the performance gain may not be very high.

That's incorrect. You probably won't see any improvement from upgrading the CPU.

I understand but I'll hold off on upgrading my GPU due to the costs. Instead, I'll focus on upgrading my CPU first, since I plan to begin streaming and purchase a GTX 1080 Ti or 3060 Ti.
