CPU Cooler - Fera 3 or 5 im not sure
PSU- SilentiumPC Supremo FM2 650W 80 Plus Gold
I've had my computer for a few years, and everything has worked well during that time, so I doubt it's due to the choice of components, but I'm not sure.
I did a CPU stress test in OCCT for an hour, and the maximum temperature was around 87 degrees. The test didn't show any errors. Here is a screenshot from the program:

Any ideas what I can test or do now?

I also began a memory test following the previous reply, and after some time I encountered these issues.

The evidence clearly points to poor RAM. I should take out one of the RAM modules and redo the OCCT memory tests, checking each stick individually.

Sorry for the delayed reply, but I was away from home for about a week and a half. I ran RAM tests with one stick installed, and only one stick had issues. I think replacing it is the best option, and I’d like to know if you have any recommendations for RAM compatible with the Tomahawk Max B450 and AMD Ryzen 5 3600. Right now I’m using 2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600MHz DDR4 CL19, so I’m wondering if a different configuration would be better or if I should stick with the same setup. Also, would upgrading to 32GB be a good idea since I use my PC for streaming and work as well?

Usually it's better to purchase a set of matched RAM sticks. If one fails, replacing all with a single kit is the smart choice. Otherwise, you can often find another stick with the same part number. Combining different brands, models, or even numbers is highly discouraged. Mixing RAM is a frequent reason for system crashes and instability.
