Check if your parents are interested in creating a PayPal account. Regarding the pre-launch download issue, I can't confirm it definitively, but it was available during the beta phase.

EA/DICE addressed the issue at least once. BFH will improve further, they realized from past errors in BF4.

Like any other parents these days, THEY DONT TRUST PAYPAL. I make arts, i post online, people wanna support me, where are they donating?! DONATION BOXES IN 7-11?! Doesnt paypal use Credit Card? Bank/Debit Cards are only for Receiving money, as i read. Finally. Someone answered. still waiting for someone elses comment about this.
