Power plan is set to high. That's a good idea.
I've experimented with different driver versions...
20.19.15.5171 (from 2020, the latest available)
20.19.15.4549 (from 2016, but v5171 should update to this version via the "Update driver" option)
15.40.48.5171 (from 2021, according to Intel documentation, matches v5171)
15.40.38.4963 (from 2018)
Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (not Intel, no date or version)
In short, it seems Windows 10 was the last OS officially supported, though as mentioned before, the transparency effects remain the same in both Windows 10 and 11.
