Even with a boosted GPU, performance will improve by roughly 5% to 10% compared to the base R9-290 specs. If your GPU is limiting your speed (around 30% or more), that indicates a GPU bottleneck. With the stock cooler, the Ryzen 3600 may run warm or produce some noise. Using an aftermarket CPU cooler can help lower both temperature and sound.
