This PSU wouldn't connect to my computer no matter who paid me to do it.
Segotep isn't the top choice, but Luke mentioned a few in the B tier category. Which specific model are you looking for?
This is very bad thinking when considering PSUs.
The PSU both supplies power to all your components and is your component's first line of defense against power issues.
Some consider that PSU ok, but I don't know anything about that mfg. to make any recommendation, except to say that that PSU would
not
go in any of my rigs.
Edit - as far as voltages go, load up HWiNFO64 (sensors only, logging on) and get 30 minutes of gaming/work logged. Upload the log file somewhere we can grab it (without logging in) and we'll see how the voltages look.
I have designed numerous systems throughout the past 15 years. Even in 2012, when GPUs weren't as power-hungry as they are today, I would never cut corners on the PSU. Given the sensitive and frequently costly parts within a system, choosing a reliable PSU with top-quality wattage is absolutely essential. It's the single component I will never compromise on during any build.
