So need to buy a new higher watt PSU but since my PC is smaller then normal it has to be a specific one. I already know it needs to be a
l05757-800 and found a couple on ebay but noticed 2 of them that look identical but a slight difference in the HP P/N number

https://www.ebay.com/itm/3868810248...-b...p_homepage
on has a -013 at the end and the other -003
I assume this isn't a big deal but just wanna be sure before I buy

It looks like these are likely the same PSU model, with the -013 being the newer version. The other appears to match the first one.

Hi there,
The key point is to verify the power output in watts and ensure all connections match. Sometimes makers release different models for the same system to reduce costs by using fewer parts or less metal, aiming for better cost efficiency. They often change model numbers. Always confirm that the power and connections are suitable. Don’t connect a PSU without making sure it powers the motherboard properly.

The two PSUs appear identical, and their individual connections also match in terms of amps.

Don’t focus too much on price differences between brands unless warranty matters. Let me know if you’re satisfied.

Good luck and cheers, Louise.

These appear to be two versions of the same PSU model. The -013 version is probably the newer one, while they seem identical otherwise.
