Here’s a breakdown of your performance metrics:

* **Rainbow Six Seige (160 FPS @ 1080p):** This is **above average**. Achieving 160 FPS with a 2070 Super and 3700X, especially in a graphically demanding game like Rainbow Six Seige, indicates excellent hardware performance and likely optimized settings.

* **GTA V (100 FPS @ Max Settings - excluding grass):** This is **above average**. Maintaining a consistent 100 FPS at max settings (excluding grass) is impressive and suggests your system is well-equipped to handle GTA V’s demands, although the exclusion of grass may be impacting performance.

Rainbow six siege caps your FPS to your monitors refresh rate, (Or at least tries. The CPU usually boosts it by 20-30FPS.) I get a stable 140-155 on my 144hz monitor.
On GTA V, if everything is on max then it pushes your GPU to render stuff that is miles away. This puts a strain on the GPU for no reason in my opinion. I play with medium/high settings on my 2060 super and get around about 140-150 FPS. Maybe drop down some irrelevant settings or the render distance.
It's fairly average I'd say but I'm probably not as experienced as some others on this site.
