My temperatures are fine, but I get annoyed when trying to open any app because the fans make loud noises for a few seconds before calming down. I’m not sure if it’s the CPU fan, case fans, or the cooler. I took an SST and would appreciate your help checking if something is wrong (let me know if you need more pictures).

Not sure if it's the CPU fan, case fans or cooler. You'll need to remove the side panel from your case, then roll a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, hold one end to your ear and listen for the noise source. After identifying the source, you can adjust the fan's RPM.

Also, have you tried using Curve Optimizer from Ryzen Master to potentially improve the processor's power consumption or temperatures?

Adjust the CPU fan curve to be less steep.

I'm not really into OC, it's pointless for me since I mostly play WoW. I cap my FPS to 100, and even without that, my CPU usage is about 20 and the temperature is around 55°C.

I didnt build this PC by myself but ordered parts and people in store did it for me.Im not sure but as far as i know PUMP1 is for liquid coolers which im not using, and System 1-6 are fan headers,i currently have 4 Arctic P12 PWM fans connected and Thermalright phantom spirit 120SE.Why is it showing 0 RPM on each ? Its set to PWM in bios,if set to auto or DC they become really loud, all fans are working properly and temps are good.
Im also wondering,is there such a thing as "best" fan curve for specific motherboard/cpu/fans ,if so where to find one ? this cpu has big temp spikes so i also get louder fans for few seconds which is pretty annoying.
I checked everything in MSI app and it shows the same thing. What should i change here ?
MB : B650 Tomahawk WIFI
Cooler : Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE
