Following the loop adjustments and the addition of a RTX 2800 Hydro copper, along with an extra RAD and a win 10 pro upgrade, the results are as follows. My CPU runs at 46x with a bus speed of 103.00 and the 2800 features +150 for memory and +75 for cores. Further improvements might be possible later. CPU temperatures peak at 77°C and RTX at 43°C.

You're seeing a solid graphic score in 3D Mark Time Spy and Fire Strike. You'll face CPU limitations in games, but you should maintain decent FPS. Four cores are a bit low these days. The top choice for gaming CPUs seems to be the AMD 3600/3600X, offering six cores and twelve threads. Better CPUs will appear next year, such as Zen 3 and others.
