Rig at 3 years old won’t emit any beeps. The post fails to activate, the case power button remains inactive, and only the PC powers on without shutting down. The switch on the case is functional, but the motherboard doesn’t respond. All fans and RGB lights operate normally.

System Components
Gigabyte X399 DESIGNARE EX, Threadripper x2950, Noctua NH-U12A, Premium CPU cooler, 4x 16GB Vengeance 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, EVGA 1000 and 1300 PSU units, Adata 2TB NVIE M.2 SSD, Fanxiang S101 1TB SATA III SSD, Timetec 512GB SSD using 3D NAND TLC SATA III, 2x Gigabyte RTX2080TI with NVLink, Thermaltake View 71 Gaming Full Tower case, Seiki 39" 4K display, Samsung 8K 75" QLED display

Issues Encountered
Reset button on the case and motherboard are non-functional.
Power button on the case doesn’t illuminate.
Power button activates the PC but not for shutdown.
No audible beeps.
No post detected.
No signal transmission.

Tests Conducted
CMOS reset multiple times.
Swapped PSU units.
Swapped GPU units.
Swapped displays.
Tested various video cables.
Removed all four DDR4 RAM sticks; no startup beep occurred.

The fans operate and multiple lights activate, such as DB_PORT which shows troubleshooting codes reading 88. I checked the code and it indicates the BIOS might be incorrect or the motherboard is faulty. You were correct about the motherboard costs.
