Hello,
I recently switched my Ryzen 7700X to a Ryzen 7800X3D (received as a gift), but I'm experiencing serious stuttering problems in games. My FPS often reaches hundreds, while my lows drop below 30. The issue is even worse on a 240Hz display.
I've installed all the NVIDIA drivers for my 3070 Ti and the chipset drivers for my 7800X3D. Despite these efforts, the problem persists—my mouse sometimes appears to teleport across the screen. I've tried updating the BIOS, performing a hard restart, reinstalling drivers, enabling XMP and PBO settings, but nothing seems to resolve it consistently.
This system is costly for me, and it only functions reliably a fraction of the time I attempt to use it. I was hoping someone could offer advice.
It's worth mentioning that it does work perfectly at times, which is unusual.

Hey there,
Did you reset the CMOS after updating the bios? That's necessary.
